Chichen Masala
Ingredients:
Salt, Chilli, Small Cardamom, Big Cardamom, Nutmeg, Clove leaf, White Pepper, Coriander, All Spice.
Ingredients Required:
Chopped chicken 1 kg, Oil 150 ml, Onion 2 piece, Cashew nut 50g, Coconut powder 20g, chironji 10g, Curd 100g, ginger paste 1 table spoon, garlic paste 2 table spoon, chicken masala 40g, yellow colour 1g, Deshi Ghee 3 table spoon, Roasted gram powder ½ spoon.
Steps of Cooking:
Mix ginger, garlic paste, Yellow Colour and Chicken Masala with Chicken. In hot oil put onion, fry it brown and take it out, put Cashew nuts, Coconut powder, Curd and Chironji in the mixer and make paste. Put oil in the vessel and put marinated chicken in it. Mix 1 cup water and cook it for 20 min at slow fire. Then add the paste in chicken and cook it at slow fire by stirring the chicken for 10 min. Then add Ghee and roasted gram powder and serve it hot.
