Chichen Korma Masala
Ingredients:
Black Pepper, Salt, Big Cardamom, Nutmeg, Bayleaf, Yellow Chilli, Coriander, Black Cumin Seeds, Star Flower, Poppy Roots, Clove, Dry Ginger, All Spice.
Ingredients Required:
Chicken Pieces 1 kg. Oil 150ml. Grinded Onion 2 pc, Grinded Onion Fried 2 pc, Grinded Ginger 1 table spoon. Grinded Garlic 1½ table spoon, Curd 100g, Quereshi Chicken Korma Masala 50g.
Steps of Cooking:
1. Make a paste of fresh onion, fried onion, ginger, garlic, Quereshi Chicken Korma Masala in a bowl. 2. heat oil and add paste and cook for 10 minutes, 3. add chicken and Roaste for 10 minutes, 4. Add curd and cook for 5 minutes. 5. Add 2 cup of water & make gravy according to taste. 6. Cook for 5 minutes & serve it hot.
