Biryani Masala
Ingredients Of Quereshi Biryani Masala:
Salt, Chilli, Cinnamon, Bayleaf, Clove, Black Pepper, Big & Small Cardamom, Dry Ginger, Mace, White pepper, Nutmeg, All Spice.
Quereshi Biryani ingredients Required:
Clean Mutton/Chicken pieces 1kg, Ghee 200g, Chopped Onion 2 pcs, Grinded Ginger 1½ table spoon, Grinded Garlic 1½ table spoon, Quereshi Biryani Masala 50g, curd 150g, (1kg Rice wet into water for 30 minutes).
Steps of Cooking:
1. Fry onion in oil till it is golden brown 2. Add meat pieces, garlic, ginger and 50g Quereshi
Biryani Masala to it. 3. Add 100ml water and let it cook for 15 min. 4. When water dries up add curd and cook for 5min. 5. Add 2 cups of water or milk and remove it from the flame. 6. Take water in another vessel and boil it. 7. Add salt to it according to taste. 8. Add soaked rice to the boiled water and let it get 80% cooked. 9. Drain the extra water from the rice. 10. Add the cooked meat to the rice and let it cook for 15 min on low flame. 11. After Cooking Mix Rice. Serve it hot.
